As the Dry Season (May to October) gives way to Wet Season (November to April), seasonal changes take place across the Resort too.

There’s plenty to enjoy without leaving the Resort. Spend the day poolside at the adults-only Ocean Pool or the family-friendly Kimberley Pool complete with mini golf, playground, basketball and tennis courts.
Beyond the pools, keep active at the gym or unwind with the Resort’s wellness experiences. Retreat to Chahoya Spa & Salon for a little relaxation, with the Spa operating Tuesday to Saturday from 12 October.
Across the road, the Buddha Sanctuary offers a peaceful setting for yoga, meditation or a quiet moment amongst the tropical gardens.
During your stay, make time to venture outside the Resort and explore Broome’s rich culture, unique landscapes and much-loved local experiences.

Seasonal Highlights
Broome’s Wet Season can bring spectacular natural displays, from dramatic tropical skies and lightning storms to colourful Kimberley sunsets. When conditions are safe, find a sheltered spot and watch the sky put on a show.
Visiting at the beginning of the season? The final Staircase to the Moon of 2026 takes place from 27 – 29 October while November welcomes the start of mango season.

Beach & Ocean Safety: Ocean conditions can change during Broome’s Wet Season, and Cable Beach is not patrolled by lifeguards during the tropical months. Before entering the water, check current conditions, tides, local signage and safety advice. Tropical marine jellyfish, including the Irukandji and Box Jellyfish, may be present. We recommend guests take advantage and cool off in the comfort of the Resort’s pools during their stay.
