Chahoya Spa by L’Occitane is a peaceful sanctuary where time stands still and tranquillity reigns.

Opening hours

Monday – Saturday 9am – 5pm
Sunday 10am – 5pm

From Sunday 20th October 2024, the spa will be open Tuesday to Saturday for the Spring and Summer season.

Please note that the spa will be closed on the 26th and 27th of December, and the 1st and 2nd of January, for the Christmas and New Year holidays.

Please note a 15% surcharge will be charged on public holiday’s for any treatment booked.

Chahoya, meaning ‘pamper’ in Japanese, is the ideal haven for an unparalleled relaxation experience, with seven private suites including a double vichy shower room.

The treatments at Chahoya Spa by L’Occitane are inspired by healing philosophies from around the world, restoring balance and harmony to the mind and body. Chahoya Spa is for adults only.
Due to limited therapist availability, we recommend pre-booking spa treatments at the time of your resort reservation booking.

Facial Therapy

Unwind with our wide range of facials custom designed to leave you feeling refreshed and looking radiant. From anti-ageing, restoring balance, ultra-hydration and men’s treatments, step into Chahoya and treat yourself to a little indulgence.

Signature Treatment Sets

Melt into pure relaxation with our signature massage journeys. We offer four sets to choose from in the Journey to Provence, Mediterranean Voyage, Chahoya Dreamtime or book in for a half day Chahoya Experience complete with lunch provided and nourish your body to be left feeling refreshed and reinvigorated.

Massage Therapy

Soothing effleurage strokes are combined with essential oils in our massage therapies. From signature relaxation to hot stones and deep tissue relief, fade away your stresses and achieve serenity at Chahoya Spa.

Body Scrubs & Wraps

Enriched with shea and almond butters, finely ground nutshells and sugar crystals, our scrubs and wraps are the perfect way to gently exfoliate the body while supplementing your skin in the creamy textures of L’Occitane, leaving you feeling velvety smooth.

Hydrotherapies

Our Signature Vichy shower treatments allow water to flow over you from seven adjustable shower heads positioned along the length of your body, bringing a sense of nurturing and balance. This water massage releases muscle tension, increases circulation while soothing the mind and the nervous system. The hydrotherapies are also available to be enjoyed as a couple in our twin Vichy room.

Additional Treatment Enhancers

Before, during or after a treatment, discover some additional pleasures created to enhance your spa treatment. We offer 15 minute Head Massages, Therapeutic Foot Massages, Face Massages and a 20 minute Vichy Rain Shower.

Nail Care

Treatments for hands and feet include nail shaping, cuticle care, exfoliation, massage, treatment mask, head massage and OPI nail lacquer application.
