Welcoming warmer weather months, the summer season at Cable Beach Club offers a serene haven for relaxation and the perfect opportunity to explore seasonal dining experiences.
At Cichetti we’ve curated a menu experience designed to satisfy your deepest flavour desires. Begin your evening with our House Bread, served warm and drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic. To set the tone, we suggest a crisp glass of Prosecco or a classic Negroni, both perfect companions for this simple yet elegant opener.
Next, delight in the freshness of our Crudo, featuring the catch of the day, coconut milk, garum dressing, chilli and shallot. With coastal flavours, this dish pairs beautifully with a chilled Italian Pinot Grigio, we recommend Sartori for its clean finish and citrus notes.
The secondi invites you into the rich, comforting world of handmade pasta. Our Tortellini, filled with Paspaley pearl meat and prawns, is dressed in a lemon butter, fennel, dill, chilli and radish.
