From mid-March to September, Cable Beach Club transforms into a haven of flavour, offering elevated dining experiences. During this time, indulge at Cichetti, where modern Italian cuisine meets candlelit romance or experience the bold Thai flavours of Kichi Kichi in a vibrant, poolside setting.
At Cichetti we’ve curated a four or five-course experience designed to satisfy your deepest flavour desires. To help enhance your meal, our team has selected some wine recommendations to pair beautifully with each dish. While our pairings have been carefully chosen to complement the menu, they are offered as recommendations, we warmly invite you to explore our full wine list to personalise your experience.
Begin your evening with our House Bread, served warm and drizzled with extra virgin olive oil, accompanied by Sicilian olives and soft, creamy white cheese. To set the tone, we suggest a crisp glass of Prosecco or a classic Negroni, both perfect companions for this simple yet elegant opener.
Next, delight in the freshness of our Crudo, featuring WA Esperance scallops dressed in garum, gordal olives, avocado oil, and grapefruit. With coastal flavours, this dish pairs beautifully with a chilled Italian Pinot Grigio, we recommend Sartori for its clean finish and citrus notes.
