Opening mid-April at Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa, we are excited to introduce you to our new fine-dining Japanese restaurant, Ikigai.
Ikigai, meaning a reason for being, will take you on a culinary journey with a delicately designed Kaiseki menu by Chef de Cuisine Sean Kim, featuring dishes ranging from fresh sashimi and nigiri to items cooked on a traditional Hibachi grill.
With over 20 years of experience as Head Chef in some of the world’s leading restaurants and hotels, we look forward to opening our doors and inviting you to dine with us soon.
