Chef de Cuisine, Sean Kim, is an expert in fine dining and Japanese cuisine having spent more than 20 years working in restaurants throughout South Korea and Australia. He is passionate about connecting with people through food and he was proud of the one-of-a-kind dining experience Ikigai offers.

“Each dish is carefully crafted to highlight the perfect balance of flavours, textures and colours, in a beautifully presented way. Our culinary philosophy is rooted in combining traditional Japanese cooking methods and sourcing only the freshest local seafood and meat and highest quality Western Australian produce to create a premium dining experience.” 

Open Saturday – Wednesday from 6pm – 10pm , bookings are essential.
