Fresh from an amazing launch and outstanding reviews, Executive Chef Sooveer Baichoo has introduced an exceptional table d’hôte menu at Cable Beach Club’s newest restaurant, Le Rhum Bar. The menu is a two or three-course experience which begins with an amuse-bouche (Chef’s tasting plate) and includes a palate cleanser between entrée and main courses.
Much like Broome’s diverse food culture, Le Rhum Bar’s cuisine is a harmonious blend of international flavours with influences from African, Asian, and European cooking.
