Important information during your stay

Unfortunately, we are experiencing increased staff shortages across the Resort due to the impacts of Covid-19.Services may be limited across the Resort in the short term, and our staff appreciate your understanding and kindness during this time.

We request that all seated service bookings at our restaurants are made in advance including breakfast at Sunset Bar and Grill.

For your convenience and to assist us in maintaining increased hygiene standards, we are offering housekeeping services that limit in room interaction. To avoid contact, you may elect not to have your room serviced. Please advise reception on arrival if you would like to take up this option.

Should you and/or your travelling party show signs of or contract Covid-19 including coughing, sore throat, headaches or difficulty breathing while staying at the resort, we ask you to please inform Reception immediately. If you or anyone in your party do show any of the above symptoms, you agree to be tested for Covid-19 and remain isolated in your room until a negative result is confirmed.

We encourage all guests to continue practising good hygiene while at the resort.
