We are currently seeking an experienced Bar Manager to manage the day to day operation of a busy Bar and oversee the operation of the Kimberley Klub Backpackers in the absence of the Manager.
Your role would include Supervision of Bar Staff, Training, Staff Rosters, cleaning and the opening & closing of the bar as well as assisting with Reception if required.
The successful applicant must be computer literate, have their RSA Certificate and have had experience within a similar role at a managerial level. You must hold or be able to obtain a clear Police Clearance, to become an approved Manager under the Liquor Licence and have a strong understanding of Security and Occupational Health & Safety.
You must be flexible and available to work weekends and evenings, over a 7 day roster.
